Nepalese Government Officials Scale Yala Peak(5560m) Mountain Training

30 Jun 2010Agro-tourism has been launched in Jagat Bhanjyang, Sirsekot, Majhkot and Jagatradevi village development committees (VDCs) of the district which are famous for commercial agricultural production.

Sales Mission concludes promoting NTY-2011 in S. Korea

30 Jun 2010Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) in coordination with Nepal Embassy, Seoul, South Korea successfully organised a Sales Mission in South Korea to promote Nepal Tourism Year 2011 (NTY-2011).

A new trekking route historically and culturally rich

25 Jun 2010A new trail has been added to the long list of hiking routes in mid-western Nepal for trekkers and mountaineers.
For Nepal Tourism Year 2011, the Gorkha Tourism Board in collaboration with Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is working to establish a trekking route from Manakamana to Gorkha for both domestic and foreign tourists.

UNESCO lauds Nepal to safeguard cultural heritage
